HOW WE WORK
Design/Build is a project delivery system used in the construction industry. It is a method to deliver a project in which the design and construction services are contracted by a single entity known as the design–builder or design–build contractor.
We believe that Design/Build works better than any other remodeling process because it removes middle-man and allows a truly collaborative, streamlined process, which significantly shortens project development time and minimizes project cost overruns.

Design and Remodeling Retainer
Our design and remodeling retainer agreement puts design and budget FIRST. This agreement provides the following to our clients to ensure a project that is beautiful, cost managed, and seamless.
PLANS
A designer will work with you to provide the perfect layout. They will provide floor plans, elevations, and 3D renderings that will help illustrate the vision for your home. These invaluable plans are also used during the permitting and construction phases.
FINISHES
A designer will work with you to select all of your materials and create a beautiful design.
COSTING
Our team will solicit subcontractor bids, estimate in-house labor and construction materials and create a complete scope of work for a final, solid project cost.
FOUR: DESIGN REALIZED
SEE YOUR PROJECT COME TO LIFE!
Once the design has been completed and costed it is time to sign the final contract to get the work started.
SIGN FINAL CONTRACT
Our team begins obtaining permits and lining out the project schedule.
WORK BEGINS!
